28-August-2013: Paramount Property (Cjaya) Sdn Bhd, a member of Paramount Corporation Group of companies and the developer for Sejati Residences Cyberjaya, has appointed Setia Haruman Technology Sdn Bhd (SHTech) as the service provider and operator to provide Fibre-To-The-Home (FTTH) connectivity, high speed broadband internet access and WiFi services at Sejati Residences Cyberjaya development for a 2-year contract. The 'gated community' development consists of 1,010 high class residential units (landed and highrise) with broadband ready facility.

6-March-2013: Stockholm, Sweden and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Transmode, a global supplier of packet optical networking solutions, today announces that Setia Haruman Technology Sdn Bhd, a leading metro fiber and broadband services provider in Cyberjaya, the cybercity within the Multimedia Super Corridor in Malaysia, has selected Transmode as the optical networking provider for a new MPLS-TP-based network in the region.

16-Oct-2012: KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama) -- TIME dotCom Bhd and Cyberjaya's master developer, Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd, have teamed up to introduce fibre connectivity to more than 3,300 new homes and 1,400 offices in Cyberjaya. In a joint statement on Tuesday, TIME and Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd said the collaboration would transform the country's information and communication technology hub into the most-wired city in the nation.
"TIME and Setia Haruman Technology Sdn Bhd (SHTech), a subsidiary of Setia Haruman, will collaborate to deploy 100 per cent fibre-to-the-home and fibre-to-the-office services for customers to enjoy up to 100Mbps (megabits per second) broadband speeds and subscribe to Astro B.yond Internet protocol television (IPTV) packages,".

2-July-2012: Symphony Hills Sdn Bhd, a member of UEM Land Group of companies and the developer for Symphony Hills Cyberjaya, has appointed  Setia Haruman Technology Sdn Bhd (SHTech) as the service provider and operator to provide Fibre-To-The-Home (FTTH) connectivity, high speed broadband internet access service at Symphony Hills Cyberjaya Phase-1 development for a 2-year contract. The FTTH services are to support the Connected and Intelligent Community (CIC) for the said development. The development consists of 416 high class residential units and 1 club house with broadband ready facility.

10-June-2011: Setia Haruman Technology Sdn Bhd (SHTech) receives Network Facilities Provider (NFP) and Network Service Provider (NSP) licenses from Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC). The licenses allows SHTech to offer Next-Generation-Network (NGN) and fiberoptic network services such as Metro Ethernet (Metro-E) and Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) services in Malaysia particularly in MSC Malaysia areas.

1-April-2011: Myvilla Development Sdn Bhd, a member of Mah Sing Group of companies and the developer for Garden Residence Cyberjaya, has appointed  Setia Haruman Technology Sdn Bhd (SHTech) as the service provider and operator to provide Fibre-To-The-Home (FTTH) connectivity, high speed broadband internet access and WiFi services at Garden Residence Cyberjaya development for a 2-year contract. The development consists of 676 high class residential units with broadband ready facility.

SHTech and its strategic partner PG Communications are poised to offer Broadband-Over-Powerline (BPL) services in Cyberjaya and nationwide. BPL is an alternative broadband technology which uses the power line (electricity cable) as the bandwidth carrier that can deliver internet access speed up to 200Mbps but at lower cost.
